Refund Policy/Return Policy:
Final Sale. Please note that made-to-order items, wallpaper, gift cards and fabric are non-refundable as they are produced & cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion. All orders are inspected before they are shipped; however, final responsibility rests with the customer. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.
We pride ourselves on quality products each item is custom made and crafted in our professional workroom. We create your special piece just for you, so items are final sale unless there is a quality issue. We strongly suggest ordering swatches to confirm colors before purchasing any item. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns based on color. To order swatches, just use the swatch listing in the shop or use the drop-down box in each listing to order.
***Since color variation often cannot be avoided from one dye lot to another, we do not guarantee dye lots and can issue no credit for dye lot variation. No returns are granted based on color, and it is solely up to the customer to confirm color choices via sample swatches.
To be eligible for a quality issue return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds pending approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
All sale items are not returnable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a defective/damaged return, your item must be unused and returned within 3 days. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
